Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Breakthru Rx. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of breakthrurx.com (the “Website”) and the information, consultations, and services offered through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
In these Terms, “Breakthru Rx,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Breakthru Rx, and “you” refers to any person who visits or uses the Website.
About Our Services
Breakthru Rx provides physician-supervised peptide therapy through in-person care in Colorado and telehealth services across the United States. Our process includes a consultation, a health assessment with a licensed provider, and, where appropriate, a prescription prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to you or made available for pickup at a Colorado location.
The Website is the entry point to those services. Content on the Website describes our programs, but it does not create a provider-patient relationship.
Informational Use Only
All content on the Website, including text, blog articles, product pages, and images, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not replace a conversation with your own healthcare provider.
Do not delay or disregard medical advice because of something you read on the Website. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
No Provider-Patient Relationship Until Established
A provider-patient relationship begins only after you complete a health assessment with a licensed Breakthru Rx provider and the provider accepts you as a patient. Submitting a form, calling our office, or booking a free consultation with a team member does not create that relationship.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and our services. Treatment is available only to patients whom a licensed provider determines to be appropriate candidates after a health evaluation. Not every patient qualifies, and a provider may decline to prescribe at any time based on clinical judgment.
By using the Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. This includes your medical history, current medications, allergies, and health conditions. Incomplete or inaccurate information can affect the safety of your care.
Compounded Medications
Some medications prescribed through Breakthru Rx are compounded by licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. Your provider will discuss this with you before any prescription is issued.
Results vary from person to person. Nothing on the Website guarantees a specific outcome, timeline, or amount of weight loss, recovery, or change in health.
Free Consultation
Our first consultation is offered at no charge. It is an introductory conversation to discuss your goals and determine whether a program may be a fit. It is not a medical evaluation and does not include a diagnosis or prescription. We may change or end this offer at any time.
Telehealth
Telehealth visits take place by secure video or phone and depend on technology that you provide, such as a device and a working internet connection. Telehealth has limits. A provider may decide that an in-person visit is needed, and in that case we will let you know. By using telehealth services, you agree to take part in the visit from a private location in a state where Breakthru Rx is licensed to provide care.
Pricing, Payment, and Membership
Prices, membership options, and discounts are provided by our team and may change without notice. Applicable fees will be shared with you before you commit to a program. Payment terms, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility for a specific program or membership will be provided at enrollment. Prescription medications that have been prepared or shipped are generally not returnable for safety reasons.
Shipping and Pickup
Approved prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies and shipped to the address you provide or made available for pickup at a Colorado location. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by pharmacy processing, carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for storing medications as directed on the label.
